MINI Art Beat: London’s Brightest Hour

It's been two weeks of glowing laps around central London, and MINI Art Beat has thrown hundreds of MINI devotees directly into the NOT NORMAL spotlight.
Whether they strolled past Waterloo Place or Tower Bridge, sending a Vine video just steps away from the car, or telecommuted using the MINI Art Beat Facebook app an ocean away, fans eager to catch a few rays of MINI fame did so in a couple of clicks. Each and every photo or video, no matter where in the world they came from, helped to make MINI Art Beat the most social car ever to lay tracks.
To get this project off the drawing board and onto London's streets, a collective of bright minds came together, wielding a wide range of unique skillsets. Beneath MINI Art Beat's glowing exterior was state-of-the-art tech that highlights a signature MINI love of pushing the boundaries of space and design.

But MINI Art Beat could not have been the shining success it was without the dedicated fans who dazzled the 48,000 LEDs of the car's surface through each day and night. Amidst countless entries, we found a few that really stood out for their zeal, unique messages and even some mid-video surprises. Check out these extra-animated MINI Art Beat films below.
